Main objective: To generate a message to contact the administrators of the Results Portal.
1. Go to the Results Portal home page.
2. Select the Contact Us link.

3. To send the inquiry fill in the fields that are marked with a red asterisk (*) as they are mandatory.
4. Fill in a valid e-mail and telephone number if you wish to be contacted back.
5. At the bottom of the screen a Captcha (challenge response test to validate information) will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Fill in the letters that are presented to complete the form.

6. Once all of the mandatory fields have been completed, click on the Send Message button to submit.
